This is where you bare all.

I need objective data about your business. The first thing I’ll do is send you a detailed intake form so I can get up to speed on your exact business circumstances. I’ll learn your numbers, but I’ll also unearth any ‘uncomfortable truths’ about how you run your business that we can work on together to make your business better.

I’ll perform a forensic ‘walkthrough’ of your business. I mimic your customer’s journey, and provide a screencast session of the results.

Seeing your business through your customer’s eyes for the first time is usually a massive unlock.

PHASE 2: The Strategic Reset

This is where we find your bottleneck.

Phase 2 is the ‘meat’ of the reset.

We have a 90-minute live diagnostic call 🎥 to unearth the core bottleneck strangling your growth.

We’re looking for the one thing that, once fixed, makes every other ‘fire’ in your business insignificant.

I’ll write your 90-day plan consisting of 1-3 ‘leverage moves’ and add it to your private portal.

PHASE 3: The Calibration

This is where we build your momentum.

After 30 days of execution, we reassess.

We create a “stop doing” list together on a live call, and reorientate toward a business that earns more while taking up less of your life.
